For your convience we offer a FREE prescription delivery service, to use this service please call in store, call us or fill in the form below to give us the details we need and to authorise the collection.

  1. Step 1: Order your prescription from your Doctors.
  2. Step 2: Inform your surgery that Kitching's Chemist will collect your prescription.
  3. Step 3: Call Kitching's Chemist, call in or fill out the form below to inform us that would yould like your prescription collecting from the surgery.

Please Note:

The Doctor will take TWO days to write your prescription

Kitchings Chemist will take ONE day to assmble your prescription.

I authorise Kitching's Chemist to collect my prescription from my doctor's surgery on my behalf, either in person or by means of electronic transfer.

I authorise Kitching's Chemist to keep my repeat prescription slip and to order my prescription on contact from a representative, or myself and collect my prescription from my sugery on my behalf, either in person or by means of electronic transfer.
